Service Terms and Conditions

These Service Terms (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website Boostaxid2u and the AI market platform, together called the “Service”, operated by Boostaxid2u Inc. (the “Boostaxid2u”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Accessing or using the Service means you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility to Use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accessing it, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. The Service is unavailable wherever applicable law forbids its use.
2. Account Registration
Complete access requires an account with truthful, current, and complete information. You must keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, inform us without delay at if you think someone has used your account without permission.
We may limit or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit deceptive information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
3. Service Description and Boundaries
Boostaxid2u provides AI-assisted market analysis, trading signals, and optional automated order execution through connected brokerage accounts. The Service is supplied for information and analytical purposes.
- Boostaxid2u does not hold, protect, or manage your funds. Your capital remains in your brokerage or exchange account.
- We connect to your broker using API credentials set for read-only access and, where available, trade execution. These credentials cannot be used to withdraw funds.
- Past performance from a strategy or signal is not a reliable indication of future performance.
- All trading involves risk, including the potential loss of the amount originally invested.
4. No Investment Advice
Nothing made available through the platform Boostaxid2u constitutes financial, investment, trading, or other professional advice. AI signals and analytics are informational only. Consider speaking with a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions. Boostaxid2u is not registered as an investment adviser, dealer, or financial planner.
5. Fees and Payment
Some functions are available only with a paid subscription. Prices appear on the pricing page and may be amended with 30 days’ notice. Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes, which you must pay. Plans are billed upfront on a monthly or annual basis. At our discretion, a new subscriber may qualify for a refund within 14 days of the initial charge.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service illegally or in conflict with any applicable law, rule, or requirement.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or try to access the platform’s source code.
- Use automated software to scrape, crawl, or gather data from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.
- Interfere with, disrupt, damage, or reduce the performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or another conduct that violates financial regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and confidential technology provided through or included in the Service belong solely to Boostaxid2u or its licensors. These Terms grant you no ownership or other proprietary interest. You may not use our trademarks or logos without prior written authorization.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Boostaxid2u DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE CONTINUOUS, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limits on Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Boostaxid2u WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Boostaxid2u IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boostaxid2u and its officers, directors, employees and agents from claims, obligations, losses, harm and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
11. Termination of Access
You may close your account in the account settings or by contacting . We may suspend or terminate access immediately following a breach of these Terms. When access ends, your authorization to use the Service ends as well, and account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first proceed to binding arbitration in Toronto under applicable Canadian arbitration rules. Users located in the European Union or United Kingdom may also bring claims before their competent local courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email or platform notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
